We have leveraged our municipal code compliance and inspection expertise and applied it at multiple military facilities in our region. BHC has experience serving as construction consultants and managing the documentation of the building inspection and QC specialist process for many types of projects on military facilities in support of housing and operational missions. Our inspectors are well versed in the unique federal requirements for projects on Department of Defense property as well as the former Military Privatization Initiative process. Our inspectors are Construction Quality Management certified and are knowledgeable in the Army Corps Three Phase Quality Control process.
