The BHC planning team has worked on over 60 projects requiring analysis of or updates to land use and development regulations. We understand the importance of working with a concise and well-organized land use code that aligns with the intent, goals, and policies of the community’s guiding Comprehensive Plan. BHC planners have experience helping cities, towns, and Tribes to integrate disparate sections of code in the course of a large-scale restructuring and reformatting of existing regulations. Whether our task is a minor update or a complete overhaul, we strive to produce streamlined, user-friendly code frameworks that are consistent, compliant with state law, and easy for all to understand and administer.
