‍Bio: Carla is a senior project manager and civil engineer specializing in stormwater and water resources.  She has gained experience through working in both public and private sectors.  An important goal for Carla is to develop high quality, functional, and durable projects for our clients in a cost-effective and efficient manner.  She understands the permitting processes and collaboration needed to implement complex multi-disciplinary projects.  Carla and her husband Robert have two creative and hardworking sons, Brady and Eli, and an exuberant dog named Zoey. Together, they enjoy soccer, tennis, year-round camping, dock-diving, and innovating on home and garden projects.
