‍Bio: Tim is a senior project manager and project technical leader who draws upon his broad experiences as a naval officer, systems integration engineer, teacher, technical writer, heavy civil construction superintendent, and civil engineer to effectively lead and manage project teams in the successful delivery of solutions to public-client goals for water, sewer, stormwater, and municipal street and sidewalk improvements. A Seattle native, proud Husky, and former Bothell Councilmember, Tim is invested in the welfare of this community and appreciative of the opportunity to work closely with local cities and special water and sewer districts to enhance vital public infrastructure.
