‍Bio: ‍Sara is a project engineer who provides technical support for wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. She finds great reward working on projects that both safeguard human health and protect the integrity of the environment. Sara grew up and went to college in the Midwest. As an outdoor enthusiast constantly yearning for more elevation gain, she relocated to Washington in 2018. When she is not helping solve Western Washington’s sewer related challenges, Sara spends her time hiking and backpacking around the PNW, mastering the art of skiing in dense Cascade powder, dabbling in crocheting and needlepointing projects, and enjoying Washington’s superior craft beer scene.
