BHC planners have experience providing permitting services that range from variances and land-use checks for building permits to more multifaceted tasks like shoreline substantial conditional use permits, planned developments, and binding site plans. We have the expertise to deal with complex planning and development issues, and our multidisciplinary team allows us to provide a seamless transition from long-range visions to infrastructure plans and design and implementation strategies. In our public outreach efforts, we seek to reach a variety of community members and leaders and capture a spectrum of perspectives, and we are adept at organizing open houses and conducting outreach during community events.
