BHC Consultants, LLC (BHC) is an employee owned and managed consulting, engineering, and planning firm in Seattle, Washington comprised of 42 engineers, planners, and support personnel. Our civil and structural engineering staff is one of the most experienced in municipal utility design and construction in the Northwest. We are very adept at providing efficient design and study services on small as well as large, complex projects. Most of our personnel have worked together in the Northwest for 30 years and have collectively solved some of the more intriguing design and construction challenges found in the region.
