Temar Patterson, CDFA
Business Manager
Temar has 15 years of experience in Business Administration. Her responsibilities cover the full spectrum of Business Management, including Finance, Human Resources, and Project Accounting. Temar is a Past President for the Society for Design Administration (SDA) Seattle Chapter and is also Chair of the SDA National Finance Education Committee.
Uma Pierson, CDFA
Project Administrator
Uma has 10 years of professional administration experience has an A.A. in Business Administration. Uma is currently a member of the International Association of Administration Professionals and is a certified administrative professional.
Melanie Robinson, CDFA
Office Administrator
Melanie has five years experience in the administrative field and an Associates degree in Visual Communications. Melanie provides human resources and administrative support to the office.
Sarah Sifferman
Administrative Assistant
Sarah Sifferman provides reception and administrative support to the office including word processing and document production services.

Jon Davies
Director of Client Services
Jon Davies has nine years of experience in the area of Business Development. He is responsible for raising the overall visibility of the firm, expanding BHC’s presence in their current markets, developing relationships in new markets, and leading strategic client and project pursuits. Jon is currently serving as President of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Seattle Chapter.
Maridee Hopkins
Client Services Manager
 With over 13 years of marketing experience in the Architectural/Engineering Industry, Maridee is responsible for the development and production of the firm’s marketing materials and graphics, including statements of qualifications, proposals, brochures, presentations, and display graphics. She also maintains BHC’s marketing database.
CADD/GIS
Patricia Simon
CADD Manager
Patti Simon has over 20 years of professional experience including drafting, CADD, and production management for a wide range of engineering projects. As CADD Manager of BHC’s Seattle office, Patti is responsible for supervising CADD staff and interfacing between the CADD department, engineers, and marketing staff to produce construction documents and marketing and report graphics.
Marc Caldwell
Senior CADD Technician
Marc Caldwell has over 20 years of experience providing professional CAD Drafting and Design services on civil and process mechanical engineering projects. Marc has provided support on projects for the Cities of Lynnwood and Bellevue, Clallam County PUD, and Lake Whatcom Water and Sewer District among others.
Glenn Castillo
CADD Technician
Glenn Castillo has over seven years experience providing CADD services on a variety of engineering and industrial projects. His technical skills include computer-aided drafting, blueprint reading, and report writing. He has provided support on projects for Alderwood Water & Wastewater District, Southwest Suburban Sewer District, Port of Seattle, and the Cities of Lake Forest Park, Lynden, Renton and Edmonds.
Carlito D. Tolentino, Jr.
Senior GIS Analyst
 Carlito is responsible for producing digital map products, assisting in the development of GIS applications, and maintaining the GIS database for BHC. His experience includes researching geographic data conversion requirements; gathering geographic data and other map information; interpreting planning, engineering, tax/property data and maps; producing accurate and legible maps using drafting skills; creating maps, reports, or plots using GIS software; coding, digitizing and entering map feature information; and performing quality control on attribute information. |
