Staff Engineer
 Valerie Tokumoto is an engineer-in-training who provides civil and environmental engineering assistance on water, wastewater, and storm drainage projects. Her experience includes data analysis and the preparation of construction bid documents and specifications. She has worked on projects for the Cities of Shoreline and Bellevue, and Kitsap and King Counties.
Jordan Zier, EIT
Staff Engineer
Jordan Zier is an engineer-in-training who provides civil engineering assistance on water and wastewater projects. In addition to his engineering experience, Jordan has experience in the field providing inspection services coordination, condition assessment assistance, and engineering services during construction.
Aaron Werner, EIT
Staff Engineer
.jpg) Aaron Werner has over 10 years of experience in the design and construction of wastewater and water projects. Aaron has a background in the construction management of wastewater and water infrastructure projects and has worked extensively with subcontractors, design professionals, and owners to develop budgets, schedules and tracking procedures as well as working to resolve construction issues.
Kenneth Gray, EIT
Staff Engineer
 Kenneth provides civil engineering support on industrial wastewater and wastewater treatment plant projects. His overall experience has been providing modeling, alternatives/modifications to existing plant processes, sustainability, and green technology. Kenneth is currently providing support on projects for the City of Lynnwood and Washington Beef.
