Valerie Tokumoto is an engineer-in-training who provides civil and environmental engineering assistance on water, wastewater, and storm drainage projects. Her experience includes data analysis and the preparation of construction bid documents and specifications. She has worked on projects for the Cities of Shoreline and Bellevue, and Kitsap and King Counties.
