Greg Waddell
Senior Planner
 
Greg Waddell has over 30 years of years of planning experience including master planning, urban design, and environmental studies. In addition to his role as planner, Greg has been responsible for public involvement and facilitation of charettes and workshops to gain project consensus. Some of Greg’s projects as lead planner and project manager include Downtown Kelso Revitalization Plan, Burien Town Center Master Plan, and Woodinville Civic Center Master Plan.

Chanda Emery has four years of planning experience with an emphasis on current planning and development review. Aubin Phillips, AICP
Senior Planner
 
Aubin Phillips is a certified planner with over three years of experience providing environmental, long-range planning, and current planning services to municipalities and Tribes in Washington and Oregon.  Aubin has worked on a variety of planning and civil engineering projects and has experience with GIS analysis, code review, population forecasts, growth management, subarea plans, shoreline master programs, critical areas ordinances, preparing environmental checklists, and working with advisory committees. 
 
 
 
 
 
Stanley May, AICP
Senior Planner
 
Stan May has recently been working with several jurisdictions to update their critical areas regulations. He is also working with the State to develop a Small Cities Critical Areas Implementation Guidebook. Other current and former projects include comprehensive plan updates, GIS analysis, development code updates and an annexation study.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Talia Henze
Associate Planner

Talia Henze has recent experience providing long-range planning expertise to Cities and Counties in Washington State. She has assisted with subarea plan updates, design guidelines visioning, code review, and conceptualizing for a downtown plan where she has utilized her GIS cartography and basic downtown modeling skills. Many of her projects include working with advisory committees, organizing public meetings, and providing community outreach services. In addition, Talia has worked with the Puget Sound Regional Council to help organize and write a Regional Design Strategy.
