Building Safety Services, City of Bellevue, WA
BHC staff has provided the City of Bellevue with continuous building safety services for five years. Since 1998, we have provided 650 plan reviews with a construction valuation of $208 million. Projects are primarily single family residences. Other services provided include electrical plan reviews, building inspection services and structural code training.
Building Plan Review Services, City of College Place, WA
BHC staff reviewed building plans for two nursing homes with a building valuation of nearly $6 million. The Regency at the Park is a 76- bed skilled care nursing home and the Eagle Springs Nursing Home is a 51-bed facility specializing in elderly care.
